Training in the State Bank is a proactive, planned, continuous and an integral part of organizational development. The concept of training in State Bank of India is nearly a century old. The endeavours of DSTIs are supplemented by 51 Regional State Bank Institutes of Learning and Developments (SBILDs) spread across the country, with a classroom training capacity of 4,200 learners per day.
