WEEK 1
Módulo 1 | Segmentação de Clientes e Marketing Comportamental
Este módulo aborda o processo de segmentação de mercado e como este processo pode servir para a empresa desenvolver suas estratégias, moldando a jornada do cliente.

WEEK 2
Módulo 2 | A Jornada do Cliente e a Estratégia de Conteúdo
Neste módulo, será abordado do processo de análise construção da jornada do cliente visando oferecer valor para o consumidor.

WEEK 3
Módulo 3 | Storytelling de Marcas em um Ambiente Digital
Este módulo as estratégias de storytelling no contexto da construção da jornada do cliente. O objetivo é conectar ambos os conceitos para gerar valor superior para o consumidor. Este processo tem impacto relevante na construção de marca da empresa.

WEEK 4
Módulo 4 | Acelerando a Execução de Marketing por Meio de Metodologias Ágeis
Este módulo aborda o conceito de metodologias ágeis no contexto da estratégia de marketing.
