Este curso complementa los aprendizajes que los alumnos pueden adquirir a través del MOOC Gestión Empresarial exitosa para pymes, desarrollado anteriormente.

  • Adquirir conocimientos y herramientas para la correcta formulación de una planificación estratégica y definición del modelo de negocio de la empresa.
  • Adquirir conceptos y herramientas que permitan mejorar la gestión financiera y estratégica de clientes, así como la toma de decisiones en el negocio.

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Introducción: Planificación y Gestión Estratégica para Pymes
Estimado estudiante: Le damos la más cordial bienvenida al MOOC “Planificación y Gestión Estratégica para Pymes”, desarrollado por el programa Pyme UC de la Escuela de Administración de la Universidad Católica. Este MOOC está enfocado a empresas de menor tamaño y le permitirá profundizar sobre el proceso de planificación de una estrategia y la formulación de modelos de negocio. Asimismo, podrá aprender a manejar e interpretar la información contable y financiera fundamental para la toma de decisiones y adquirir herramientas y metodologías para la gestión estratégica de clientes.El diseño de este curso está basado en la experiencia del Programa Pyme UC, que ayuda a empresarios a hacer más competitivas sus empresas, con Mentores ex alumnos con amplia experiencia en negocios y Cursos dictados por Profesores de la Escuela de Administración UC.

WEEK 2
Módulo 1: Planificación estratégica
En el primer módulo se aborda la necesidad de tener una buena planificación estratégica en la empresa, describiendo elementos que forman parte esencial de este proceso, como son el análisis del entorno y el mercado en el que opera la empresa, refiriéndose también a las dificultades y errores más frecuentes asociados.

WEEK 3
Módulo 2: Definición del modelo de negocios: Metodología Canvas
Este módulo trata sobre un aspecto estratégico esencial: la definición y desarrollo del Modelo de negocio, utilizando la metodología Canvas como herramienta.

WEEK 4
Módulo 3: Manejo de los números del negocio para una gestión exitosa
En este módulo, se profundiza la relevancia que tiene para los empresarios y tomadores de decisiones en la empresa, el tener un adecuado conocimiento y manejo de los números del negocio con el fin de medir, gestionar y controlar la creación de valor en la empresa.

WEEK 5
Módulo 4: Gestión de clientes
El curso finaliza con “Gestión Estratégica de Clientes”, elemento central para una implementación exitosa de la estrategia. En este módulo se cubren conceptos, herramientas y metodologías de gestión para conocer las necesidades de los clientes, de manera de satisfacerlos lo más adecuadamente posible, y así lograr un crecimiento sostenido en las ventas de la empresa.
