WEEK 1
Papel da Pesquisa de Mercado na Gestão de Marketing
Este módulo apresenta uma visão geral do curso e discute a importância dos dados para a tomada de decisão gerencial. Este processo é fundamental para que a empresa esteja constantemente ajustando suas estratégias de acordo com a movimentação e as tendências do mercado.

WEEK 2
Modelo STP
Este módulo aborda uma das técnicas mais utilizadas para organizar a discussão estratégica da empresa tendo em vista decisões operacionais do composto de marketing. Iremos discutir o processo de análise e seleção de mercados alvo e como posicionar a oferta da empresa. Também serão abordadas ferramentas de longo prazo que permitam compreender o valor do consumidor.

WEEK 3
Marketing e Tração
Neste módulo, será abordado o processo de desenvolvimento de experimentos que permitem testar e validar hipóteses, aumentando as probabilidades de sucesso das ações de marketing digital.

WEEK 4
Geração de Insights
Neste módulo, será abordado o processo de geração de insights e melhoria das estratégias a partir da análise dos dados e resultados da comunicação de marketing e feedback dos clientes.
