Neste módulo, será abordado o processo de mensuração de resultados e ferramentas que apoiam o processo de análise e comunicação de resultados.

WEEK 3
Módulo 3 | Aferindo o Retorno de Campanhas
Neste módulo, será discutido o processo de investimento, acompanhamento do ciclo de vida da campanha e sua conexão com o ciclo de vida do cliente.

WEEK 4
Módulo 4 | Geração de Insights
Neste módulo, será abordado o processo de geração de insights e melhoria das estratégias a partir da análise dos resultados da comunicação de marketing e feedback dos clientes.
