Influir en las Personas (Coursera)

Este curso mejorará su capacidad para influir en las personas en situaciones en las que no puede usar autoridad formal. Aprenderá formas efectivas de construir, desarrollar y mantener una base de poder en su organización. También aprenderá tácticas de influencia que le permitirán ser más persuasivo e influyente al trabajar con sus superiores, compañeros e incluso subordinados. Syllabus

WEEK 1
Construir su base de poder
Para liderar de manera efectiva, debe tener poder. Su poder puede definirse formalmente, por ejemplo, por su puesto o cargo. Su poder puede ser informal, por ejemplo, su experiencia o carisma le dan poder y le permiten influir en los demás. En este módulo, exploraremos el significado del poder y de dónde proviene, lo que lo ayudará a identificar sus bases de poder y oportunidades para aumentar su poder con el tiempo.

WEEK 2
Influir en las personas sin depender de la autoridad formal
En este módulo, adquirirá un rico arsenal de tácticas de influencia que lo ayudarán a cambiar los puntos de vista y los comportamientos de las personas. Estas tácticas de influencia le permitirán influir hacia arriba en las organizaciones (por ejemplo, cuando tiene que influir en su jefe) y lateralmente, como cuando tiene que influir en sus compañeros. En términos más generales, estas tácticas le permitirán actuar de manera efectiva en aquellas situaciones en las que no tiene o no puede confiar en el rango formal y el poder formal.

WEEK 3
Desarrollar relaciones de altacalidad para mejorar la influencia y el poder
Además de adquirir una cartera táctica de herramientas de influencia que puedan aplicarse en reuniones grupales e individuales, los líderes efectivos dedican mucho tiempo a construir y mantener relaciones sociales con diversas partes interesadas. En este módulo, aprenderá cómo construir y mantener relaciones sociales para maximizar su poder e influencia informales en las organizaciones.

WEEK 4
Protéjase de la influencia no deseada
Como líder, las personas intentarán influir en usted para que tome una decisión en particular o tome un curso de acción en particular. Es esencial que pueda protegerse de la influencia no deseada de los demás, especialmente cuando esos otros podrían estar intentando manipularlo de maneras que no sean lo mejor para su equipo u organización. En este módulo, aprenderá estrategias y tácticas específicas que puede utilizar para protegerse a usted mismo y a su equipo de la influencia no deseada de los demás.
