Este curso fue diseñado para apoyar a emprendedores y empresarios que se encuentran en la etapa de escalamiento de sus negocios, con el fin de prepararlos para enfrentar los desafíos de esta etapa y tomar las decisiones estratégicas adecuadas que conlleva. El curso permite profundizar en las áreas de estrategia, administración, personas, finanzas y marketing, entregando conceptos y herramientas que permitan a los empresarios ampliar su visión estratégica de negocios y su capacidad para generar e implementar planes de escalamiento eficazmente, impulsando mecanismos que sustenten la innovación y el crecimiento y adoptando buenas prácticas de gestión.

Introducción
Escalamiento exitoso e Innovación en los Negocios

WEEK 2
Estrategia e Innovación Continua
En este módulo se abordan los tipos de crecimiento y los diferentes mecanismos para lograrlo, profundizando en la estrategia de innovación en la empresa.

WEEK 3
Directorio
En este módulo se aborda la importancia de contar con un directorio en la empresa y las buenas prácticas que pueden adoptarse para alcanzar los objetivos estratégicos.
CEO Management
En este módulo se profundiza sobre el propósito empresarial, el gobierno corporativo y el rol del Director Ejecutivo en aspectos estratégicos, toma de decisiones, gestión y liderazgo de equipos, implementando un diseño organizacional coherente.

WEEK 4
Estrategias Financieras
En este módulo se aborda cómo la estrategia y el modelo de negocio de la empresa influye en las decisiones financieras más importantes. Además, se recorren las buenas prácticas del manejo de las finanzas y cómo levantar capital para escalar el negocio.

WEEK 5
Marketing de Escalamiento
En este módulo se abordan las distintas estrategias de marketing para escalar, resaltando la importancia de crear una marca valiosa para lograrlo. También, se analiza cómo las herramientas de marketing digital permiten llegar a los nuevos segmentos de clientes y fortalecer la marca.

WEEK 6
Experiencias Internacionales
En este último módulo se profundiza cómo ampliar la presencia en el extranjero y los aspectos a considerar para iniciar operaciones transfronterizas, logrando expandirse de manera efectiva.
