El panorama tecnológico abre innumerables oportunidades de negocio que, para ser identificadas y aprovechadas con éxito, requieren de formación específica. El vertiginoso avance de la tecnología hace que los mercados se transformen y, con ello, la forma de responder y acceder a esos mercados, y en definitiva de hacer negocios. Por ello, el conocimiento y formación en emprendimiento tecnológico y digital se hacen cada vez más necesarios y útiles.
Si tienes inquietud y carácter emprendedor, este curso en línea te ayudará a desarrollar tu propio proyecto empresarial. También te interesa si trabajas en empresas, organismos e instituciones, que apuestan por el emprendimiento y la innovación y que no pueden mantenerse al margen de la revolución tecnológica.
El objetivo del curso de emprendimiento tecnológico es ofrecer los contenidos y herramientas necesarios para abordar un proyecto empresarial de carácter tecnológico y transformarlo en una realidad. Todo ello de forma didáctica, combinando el rigor con la orientación práctica –para lo que se incluyen numerosos casos de empresas tecnológicas y experiencias de emprendedores tecnológicos. Así, el curso en línea proporciona una visión integral del proceso emprendedor en el ámbito tecnológico.
Con independenciade tu formación o bagaje profesional, en el curso conocerás conceptos y herramientas clave que te permitirán desarrollar tu creatividad, descubrir oportunidades de negocios en el ámbito tecnológico y digital, desarrollar una idea de negocio innovadora y planificarla para su implantación con éxito.

What you'll learn
-Identificar oportunidades de negocio en ámbitos tecnológicos y desarrollar ideas de negocio digitales o tecnológicas innovadoras mediante la aplicación de metodologías innovadoras para el desarrollo de modelos de negocios de éxito.

  • Valorar el atractivo del sector en el que se piensa competir, identificar los principales recursos que necesita el proyecto, así como las principales formas de creación de valor para definir la estrategia competitiva.
  • Manejar herramientas digitales para las actividades de marketing y organizar sus operaciones con un buen diseño del proceso productivo asegurando la calidad del servicio prestado o producto ofrecido.
  • Organizar, planificar y gestionar los recursos humanos necesarios para el desarrollo del negocio.
  • Conocer los requerimientos jurídicos y fiscales para el inicio y desarrollo del negocio, junto conlos aspectos jurídicos específicos de los negocios digitales.
  • Realizar un plan económico-financiero para determinar la viabilidad económica del proyecto, y conocer diferentes opciones de financiación para negocios tecnológicos.
