Este MOOC, Coaching en las ondas, da respuesta a la necesidad de los directivos o responsables de equipos de aprender nuevas estrategias que les permitan dar respuestas adecuadas a los grupos con los que interactúan. Esta aproximación a la gestión de los equipos se efectúa mediante los recursos del Coaching y habilidades del líder coach.

¿A quién va destinado?
A todas aquellas personas que lideran equipos de trabajo, de forma directa o indirecta. A quién en ciertos momentos actúa en contextos laborales, enfocado a temáticas de ámbito organizacional.
¿Qué ofrece este curso?
Como responsable de un equipo, ofrece conocimientos sobre cómo gestionar, con metodología coaching, situaciones de la vida real de los equipos en las organizaciones actuales y en procesos de cambio.
Las unidades didácticas te introducen en el Coaching, así como las llamadas radiofónicas que simulan situaciones cotidianas en los equipos cuyo responsable busca algún tipo de respuesta a través del Coaching.
Las llamadas, 9 en total, muestran la realidad del equipo y sus dificultades, ofrecen la oportunidad de presenciar -en cada una de ellas- un proceso de Coaching en acción.

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Presentación y organización del curso
Este MOOC, Coaching en las ondas, da respuesta a la necesidad de los responsables de equipos (directivos, jefes,..) de aprender nuevas estrategias que les permitan dar respuestas adecuadas a los grupos con los que interactúan. Esta aproximación a la gestión de los equipos se efectúa mediante los recursos del Coaching y habilidades del líder coach.
Las correspondientes unidades didácticas que encontrarás a lo largo del curso te introducirán en el Coaching, y sumado a la visualización de las llamadas radiofónicas que simulan situaciones cotidianas en los equipos, podrás observar el comportamiento del coach en un proceso de coaching.
Introducción al mundo del Coaching: qué es y qué no es Coaching
Módulo compuesto de 4 unidades didácticas: las dos primeras te aproximarán al Coaching desde su origen y te explicarán las diferencias frente a otros procesos. Las dos unidades siguientes te mostrarán la importancia de los recursos comunicativos, con especial rellevància,en la formulación de preguntas. Junto a estos contenidos, encontrarás 2 procesos de coaching, escenificado en forma de llamada radiofónica. Con estas llamadas simuladas, te ofrecemos la oportunidad de observar la estructura de un proceso, así como algunos de los más importantes recursos comunicativos utilizados por el/la coach.

WEEK 2
El modelo de conversación del Coaching : fases del proceso de Coaching
Las 4 unidades didácticas de este modulo te muestran las fases del proceso de Coaching, así como la gestión del conflicto, la gestión de las creencias y de las resistències.
A estas unidades didácticas se suman las dos llamadas radiofónicas semanales, una de ellas relacionada con la gestión de conflictos y la segunda, con la gestión de reuniones.

WEEK 3
Habilidades comunicativas I
En esta semana las unidades didácticas te aportarán más recursos que forman parte de la caja de herramientas del coach: el uso del lenguaje, el cambio de paradigma, la proactividad y la gestión de la frustración.
Junto a las unidades didácticas, tendrás oportunidad de observar en las llamadas de esta semana, la gestión del cambio y la gestión de expectativas, como asumir la responsabilidad del cambio y aprender a gestionar la frustración.

WEEK 4
Habilidades comunicativas II
Esta última semana proseguimos en los recursos comunicatives, profundizando en el uso del lenguaje o la importancia de la escucha. También merece otorgar espacio al ejercicio de liderazgo como líder coach y la gestión del equipo.
Esta semana tendrás la oportunidad de escuchar llamadas relacionadas con la gestión del equipo, en cuanto a cómo se ejerce el rol de líder o cómo se gestiona la diversidad, así como a la manera de ofrecer retroalimentación.
