Neste curso, você aprenderá como criar uma visão compartilhada para sua equipe e como comunicá-la de forma eficaz aos seus colegas. Você também aprenderá como definir metas e expectativas eficazes de forma a melhor permitir que sua equipe alcance a visão compartilhada. Por fim, você entenderá as necessidades e os fatores de desempenho mais importantes entre culturas e aprenderá a alinhar as recompensas com os comportamentos desejados para que seus colegas sejam motivados a atingir os objetivos da equipe.

A motivação representa um desafio crucial para as organizações contemporâneas: Uma pesquisa recente da Gallup revelou que apenas 13% dos trabalhadores em todo o mundo exibem altos níveis de engajamento e motivação. Vamos mostrar por que esses problemas de motivação não acontecem apenas devido a um membro da equipe que seja “ruim” ou esteja “desmotivado”. WEEK 1
Como tornar-se um líder visionário
Cada equipe precisa de uma visão que consista em um propósito compartilhado, valores essenciais e metas ambiciosas. Como líder de equipe, é sua responsabilidade criar e comunicar essa visão. Neste módulo, você aprenderá como se tornar um líder visionário.

WEEK 2
Definição de metas e expectativas eficazes
Como líder, uma de suas funções mais importantes é definir metas e expectativas claras. Neste módulo, você aprenderá o que torna uma meta eficaz, como tornar as metas significativas e motivadoras e os riscos de definir metas que são muito desafiadoras ou muito específicas.

WEEK 3
Compreendendo as necessidades humanas e os fatores de desempenho em todas as culturas
Para liderar pessoas, você deve entender o que as motiva a agir e contribuir com a equipe. Neste módulo, você aprenderá as necessidades fundamentais que impulsionam o comportamento humano e como aproveitá-las para aumentar a motivação em sua equipe.

WEEK 4
Alinhando recompensas e comportamento
Um dos problemas mais comuns nas organizações é que as recompensas não estão alinhadas com o comportamento desejado. Outro problema comum é o feedback ineficaz sobre o desempenho. Neste módulo, você aprenderá como alinhar as recompensas com o comportamento e fornecer feedback eficaz para impulsionar o desempenho em sua equipe.
