WEEK 1
Fundamentos de los Clientes y la Competencia con Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women
En este curso, se analizará la importancia de comprender a tus clientes y a la competencia, y de qué manera ese conocimiento puede utilizarse para maximizar el valor de los clientes objetivo y la empresa. Al finalizar este curso, habrás desarrollado una clara Propuesta de Valor para el Cliente (PVC), que comunica lo que ofrece tu empresa a los clientes objetivo de una forma convincente, y habrás examinado cómo tu PVC influye y te ayuda a desarrollar tu estrategia de precios para apoyar el crecimiento empresarial.
