Este curso se enfoca en la importancia de un sistema de trazabilidad y como iniciar a implementarlo en las organizaciones.
La trazabilidad debe garantizar la visibilidad y el acceso a los datos del producto precisos al consumidor, así mismo, brinda información a los socios de negocio para tomar decisiones, disminuir el riesgo de pérdida de producto en la red de valor.
Durante las próximas semanas usted aprenderá los conceptos básicos de la trazabilidad, cómo se debe medir, cómo identificar los productos, cómo realizar un correcto etiquetado en los productos que se van a comercializar y cuáles son los beneficios y el impacto que genera contar con un sistema de trazabilidad en las organizaciones.
