Luego de hacer un repaso por los elementos generales del autocontrol e inteligencia emocional, nos adentraremos en el estudio de la programación neurolingüística (PNL), con la cual obtendrás técnicas y elementos para alcanzar el éxito a partir del dominio de tu mente.
Te damos la bienvenida y esperamos aprendas mucho con el estudio de cada uno de los Bits que componen este curso.

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Inteligencia emocional: el conocimiento de uno mismo
El primer paso para desarrollar tu inteligencia emocional es conocerte a ti mismo, entender las reacciones y emociones que los estímulos externos te generan y así mejorar tus habilidades comunicativas.

WEEK 2
Inteligencia emocional: manejo de las emociones
El desarrollo de tu inteligencia emocional requiere constancia y dedicación, por lo tanto, debes reflexionar con regularidad sobre tu vida, tus acciones y tus relaciones.

WEEK 3
Fundamentos de programación neurolingüística -PNL
Hoy no eres la misma persona que fuiste hace 10 años, mañana no serás la misma persona que eres hoy. Tu mundo cambia, tu cerebro se transforma con cada experiencia y tu forma de configurar la realidad y responder a ella deben hacerlo también. En tus manos está decidir cambiar los hábitos negativos arraigados que te impiden lograr tus metas o continuar haciendo lo mismo todos los días sin progresar. Si llegaste aquí motivado a cambiar y a aprovechar todo tu potencial, pronto te darás cuenta de que la programación neurolingüística (PNL) te será de gran utilidad.

WEEK 4
Técnicas de programación neurolingüística -PNL-
La programación neurolingüística o PNL estudia la comunicación intrapersonal e interpersonal para desarrollar técnicas que permitan a las personas lograr un cambio permanente a corto plazo. En este Bit aprenderás a aplicar algunas de estas técnicas para transformar aquello de ti que no te deja avanzar.

WEEK 5
Guía para tener una mentalidad exitosa
¿Te has preguntado alguna vez por qué a unas personas les cuesta más que a otras alcanzar el éxito? O, dicho de otra forma, ¿por qué hay quienes logran sus metas personales y profesionales mucho más pronto que los demás?
