WEEK 1
Introducción
¡Este breve módulo fue diseñado como una introducción del curso y para darte una visión global de lo que puedes esperar del curso y del instructor!

WEEK 2
Análisis de Procesos
En este módulo aprenderás a identificar elementos clave del proceso de análisis: caudales y tiempos, cómo descubrir cuellos de botella, cómo optimizar la mano de obra y el inventario, y cómo manejar la complejidad de varias unidades de flujo. Al final de este módulo, serás capaz de desglosar operaciones en procesos que podrán ser mejorados, para maximizar los beneficios y la eficiencia.

WEEK 3
Productividad
En este módulo aprenderás los componentes clave de la productividad. Comenzando con las definiciones académicas de productividad, continuarás con los inhibidores comunes, medidas, indicadores de efectividad, técnicas de mejora y valores financieros. Al final de este módulo, serás capaz de identificar, describir y medir la relación entre las aportaciones y el rendimiento y también podrás desarrollar estrategias para disminuir las aportaciones, a la vez que aumentas los beneficios, y de este modo aumentar la productividad cuando veas que existe la necesidad de hacerlo.

WEEK 4
Calidad
La calidad no solo es la piedra angular de la gestión de operaciones, sino que también es un componente fundamental de la viabilidad y del éxito de una compañía a largo plazo. En este módulo se tratan todos los aspectos más importantes de la calidad en las operaciones, desde examinar las razones más comunes de los defectos, a las técnicas de implementación más usadas para abordar problemas de calidad y asegurar la fiabilidad y los estándares. Al final de este módulo, serás capaz de anticipar dónde podrán ocurrir los defectos y recomendar una estrategia sólida para mantener la calidad y la estabilidad.
