Ao final deste curso, você será capaz de:
• Reconhecer as principais teorias sobre gestão de pessoas e gestão estratégica de RH;
• Utilizar os diferentes Modelos de Gestão de Pessoas para avaliar a Gestão de RH de uma organização;
• Identificar como a gestão por competências é um elemento essencial para a GERH.
Este curso é composto por quatro módulos, disponibilizados em semanas de aprendizagem. Cada módulo é composto por vídeos, leituras e testes de verificação de aprendizagem. Ao final de cada módulo, temos uma avaliação de verificação dos conhecimentos.

Neste módulo, serão apresentados os objetivos, as características e os componentes de Recursos Humanos, destacando sua importância para as organizações.

WEEK 2
A Gestão do Comportamento nas Organizações
Neste módulo, será apresentado como a gestão do comportamento humano impacta as ações de gestão de recursos humanos e os indivíduos nas organizações.

WEEK 3
Tipos de Modelos de Gestão de Pessoas
Neste módulo, serão definidas as características específicas da Gestão Estratégica de RH comparativamente aos demais modelos de gestão de pessoas. Também será demonstrado o histórico do conceito e da prática da GERH.

WEEK 4
Alinhamento Estratégico da Gestão de Recursos Humanos
Neste módulo, serão debatidas as diferentes práticas de promoção e manutenção do alinhamento estratégico de Recursos Humanos.
