WEEK 1
Primeiros Passos
Bem Vindo(a)! Nesta primeira semana, você será introduzido aos seguintes tópicos: (i) Primeiros passos para abrir uma startup (CNPJ, PME, Contrato societário, LTDA e SA) (ii) Contratações e Vesting, (iii) Tipos de empresa e (iv) Acordo de Sócios. Nas aulas contamos com as participações do sócio da Baptista Luz Advogados, Pedro Ramos, e do fundador da Verticore, Rodrigo Borges.

WEEK 2
Proteção intelectual e Modelo de Negócios
Nesta segunda semana, você será introduzido aos seguintes tópicos: (i) Propriedade Intelectual e suas diferentes famílias (Propriedade Industrial, Direitos Autorais e Segredo de Negócios), (ii) Modelo de Negócios, (iii) Como definir o Modelo de Receita da sua empresa e (iv) Precificação. Nas aulas contamos com as participações do sócio da Baptista Luz Advogados, Pedro Ramos, e do Coordenador do Núcleo de Empreendedorismo da USP (NEU), Artur Vilas Boas.

WEEK 3
Gestão financeira
Nesta terceira semana, você será introduzido aos seguintes tópicos: (i) Impostos: tipos e como afetam seu negócio, (ii) Regimes tributários, (iii) Cases voltados a área de tecnologia, (iv) Tributações em operações de M&A e (v) Planejamento Financeiro e Fluxo de Caixa. Nas aulas contamos com as participações da advogada da Baptista Luz Advogados, Fernanda Ferreira, e do fundador da Verticore, Rodrigo Borges.

WEEK 4
Valuation e Investimentos
Nesta última semana, você será introduzido aos seguintes tópicos: (i) Os diferentes estágios de investimento para a sua startup, (ii) Como e porque buscar investimento na hora certa, (iii) Como conseguir o seu primeiro investidor, (iv) Como calcular o valuation da sua startup e (v) Contratos comuns usados com investidores. Nas aulas contamos com as participações do sócio da Baptista Luz Advogados e do Mentor e Investidor Anjo, Marco Poli.
