Syllabus

WEEK 1
Evaluación de Inversiones en Bienes de Capital
El participante de este curso aprenderá a evaluar los bienes de capital, dependiendo de la situación económica en la que se encuentre la empresa con sus proyectos de inversión y tomando como herramienta los conocimientos de métodos de evaluación económica, además de saber emitir estados financieros proyectados.
Proyecciones Financieras
En estas proyecciones encontramos el riesgo que puedan tener los países de economías emergentes y las causas que pueden ocasionar que el mismo riesgo sea alto, así como sus indicadores, por ejemplo, las tasas. En este módulo encontrarás los conceptos de riesgos como el soberano, las transferencias y el genérico. Conocerás quién es el creador del EMBI y cuál es su principal función. Con lo visto en este módulo se deberá entender qué es el EMBI, los riesgos financieros que se pueden enfrentar en países de economías emergentes y los posibles fenómenos económicos existentes que pueden hacer que el riesgo sea alto.

WEEK 2
Evaluación de Bienes de Capital
En el módulo II revisaremos el tema Evaluación de Bienes de Capital, así como las decisiones de financiamiento, tanto internas como externas. En el módulo II definiremos los bienes de capital así como las alternativas para su financiamiento. Analizaremos las fuentes de financiamiento clasificándolas como internas o externas.

WEEK 3
Métodos de Valuación
En este tercer módulo trabajaremos el tema de Métodos de Valuación: VAN (valor presente neto), TIR (tasa interna de retorno), IR (índice de rendimiento) y TRCP (tasa de rendimiento contable promedio). De cada uno de ellos se hará un ejercicio de la forma en la que se obtiene el resultado a través de fórmulas y reglas de decisión para la aceptación o el rechazo del proyecto de inversión.

WEEK 4
Estados Financieros Proyectados
En el módulo IV veremos el tema de Estados Financieros Proyectados, donde se hará la especificación de proyectados y proforma y se analizará un caso para su compresión.
