In this module, you will discover various outreach activities for recruiting participants and strategies for tracking your success using recruitment data.

WEEK 2

The purpose of the client intake process is to gather information about potential clients, including their needs and expectations, and to determine how you can best serve them. In this module, you will learn how to apply the coaching mindset to better understand the clients needs and expectations, create a client profile and manage the business of client intake.

WEEK 3
Skills Assessment and Analysis
Performing a skills assessment is the first step in a process that helps clients close their skill gaps. The assessment enables you to evaluate the clients' strengths and weaknesses, identify areas of opportunity, and develop strategies to address their needs. In this module, you will learn how to use critical thinking to uncover clients' goals and skills and compare and contrast various career assessment methods.

WEEK 4
Planning and Designing Actions
Working with clients to set goals that are both challenging and achievable helps them improve their lives. When clients have the motivation and conviction to follow through on their goals, they are more likely to achieve them. According to Steven Blank a business startup, or any new venture startup is essentially a proto-type. Thus the startup process essentially becomes a learning process to refine that business proto-type into a scalable, replicable finished 'product'. At the end of this course learners will be able to: complete a business model summarizing assumptions about what value they will offer to whom, and how they will make money; systematically test and validate these assumptions within the constraints of their available resources, and; use these validated assumptions to generate financial projections that are based on actual resources and efforts expended.
