Project 1. Make a list of activities you do and apply 20/20/20 rules. Add 3 new activities which you can do to make your life more meaningful.
Project 2. Write 10 negative thoughts coming into your mind now, and frame & write positive questions on them. Now tell the whether effect of negative thoughts have been reduced.
Project 3. Let us read a story using WHW.
Two cats were quarrelling for a whole Indian round bread. A monkey came to their help. He had a balance on which he put the bread after dividing into two parts. He said, " one part is heavier." Then he took a small portion from heavier bread and ate it. He again weighted and now, second piece was more heavier. So he took a small portion from second part and ate it. This process was continued until whole bread was finished.
-> Write appropriate conclusion of the story. Find the possible reasons for the conclusion. Validate the possible reasons using given facts in the story. Find what more information is needed.
-> Frame at least two questions with why, how and what if, while answering above questions.
