You will learn how to sustainably operationalize and improve inclusion and belonging within your organization and look at ways to measure and maintain accountability to your organization’s DEI goals and vision. Finally you will create an action plan to put your commitment to DEI into practice.

This course is tailored to executives and senior leaders who have influence on their organization’s policies and strategic plans and who want to further their understanding of the impacts and opportunities DEI policies have on their operational business practices. To succeed in this course, you should have an active interest in implementing tangible and sustainable change at the organization level.

In this module, you will examine the necessity of DEI in the workplace, how businesses can implement DEI, and strategies to increase DEI within a company.


WEEK 2

DEI as a Business Accelerator

In this module, you will learn about utilizing DEI as a core business practice, how DEI can increase company performance, as well as the advantages diversity provides businesses.


WEEK 3

Effective Growth Through DEI

In this module, you will learn ways to foster equity in the workplace, strategies to help create an inclusive workplace, and the role DEI plays in building strong teams within an organization.


WEEK 4

DEI and Effective Leadership

In this module, you will learn about inclusive leadership, DEI-focused business plans, and why communicating DEI goals and strategies is important within an organization.
