That might include human resource, operations, finance people or anyone that is involved in the human capital management of your company.

The project for this class is broken into two areas:
1) If your company has an existing 401(k) than your project is to take the concepts and ideas from this class and apply them to improving your existing plan for your company.
2) If your company does not have a 401(k) in place, than your project is to take these concepts and ideas and apply them to when you put a plan in place for your company.
