Este projeto de final foi projetado para permitir que você aproveite os conhecimentos que obteve através da especialização e implemente esse conhecimento. No projeto, você criará vários dos principais produtos de planejamento que foram discutidos nesses cursos e trabalhando em um projeto que você escolheu ou use um estudo de caso sugerido. Você iniciará o projeto escrevendo parte da carta do projeto. Você irá construir essa informação para definir seu projeto e, em última análise, criar um cronograma, orçamento e respostas para os riscos que você identifica.

O objetivo é que você use o que aprendeu nos cursos anteriores e que realize sua própria pesquisa sobre como avançar melhor com o projeto. Seu trabalho será revisado por seus colegas de classe. Por sua vez, você avaliará o trabalho de outros colegas de classe. As instruções sobre como realizar avaliações de pares serão incluídas no curso. Ao completar esta série, você poderá (1) escrever uma declaração narrativa, (2) criar uma estrutura de repartição do trabalho, (3) atividades do projeto de seqüência, (4) construir um cronograma do projeto, (5) criar um orçamento do projeto (6) criar uma matriz de atribuição de responsabilidade, (7) identificar os riscos do projeto e (8) definir respostas para esses riscos.

Ao completar este curso, você será capaz de:

Escrever uma declaração de declaração narrativa
Criar uma estrutura de quebra do trabalho
Atividades do projeto de seqüência
Criar um cronograma do projeto
Criar um orçamento de projeto
Criar uma matriz de atribuição de responsabilidade
Identificar os riscos do projeto e definir respostas para esses riscos

Nessa seção vamos abordar com profundidade cada objetivo do curso que compõe os componentes do projeto aplicado que será a entrega final desse curso. Ela incluirá uma descrição e instruções para cada componente do projeto, bem como rubricas de classificação para ajudá-lo a se preparar para a próxima avaliação entre pares e avaliação final.

Esta seção fornecerá conteúdos do programa de cursos integrados Introdução a Gestão de Projetos - Princípios e Práticas, para ajudá-lo em seu projeto aplicado.
