Escuela de trabajo decente (edX)

Contribuye a incrementar productividad y satisfacción en el empleo a través de herramientas que fomenten el trabajo decente en la empresa. La “Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo sostenible” es un plan de acción universal para la consecución de 17 objetivos, los llamados “Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible” o, simplemente, “ODS”.

El trabajo decente se integra específicamente en el número 8 y con él se pretende, entre otras metas, lograr el empleo pleno y productivo y el trabajo decente para todas las mujeres y los hombres, incluidos los jóvenes y las personas con discapacidad, así como la igualdad de remuneración por trabajo de igual valor.
En este contexto, la OIT también ha lanzado la iniciativa sobre “El futuro del trabajo”, que tiene como propósito entender el importante proceso de transformación que el trabajo está atravesando en todo el mundo, comprender los nuevos desafíos que esto implica y aportar respuestas eficaces para poder impulsar su mandato a favor de la justicia social.
Sobre la base de uno y otro, el presente MOOC, “Escuela de Trabajo Decente: Estrategias de trabajo decente en la empresa” pretende dotar de las herramientas básicas necesarias para alcanzar el objetivo del trabajo decente en la empresa.
