Competencias para la empleabilidad (Coursera)

Este curso está dirigido a académicos, empresarios y estudiantes de grado, y su objetivo es mejorar el nivel de empleabilidad de los jóvenes graduados en América Latina, ya que a través de él podrán adquirir competencias que hoy día exigen las empresas de este mundo globalizado. Esto se logrará a través de tres módulos: Empleabilidad, Innovación y Emprendimiento, con los que podrán adquirir las competencias requeridas.

Este curso, es uno de los resultados del proyecto LinkYou, cofinanciado por el programa Erasmus+ de la Unión Europea. La misión del proyecto es mejorar el nivel de empleabilidad, a través de una estrategia de crowdsourcing, creando una red de industrias, académicos y estudiantes.

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Un compromiso con la empleabilidad
Este módulo te presenta el programa LinkYou, y te permitirá reflexionar sobre qué significan la empleabilidad y la empleabilidad percibida, conocer cómo desarrollarlas y cuáles son las competencias que necesita un graduado para ingresar al mercado laboral.

WEEK 2
Creatividad e innovación
En el dinámico y digitalizado mundo del trabajo, se espera que los graduados de educación superior cuenten con habilidades del siglo 21, como la resolución creativa de problemas, aunque solo sea para reinventarse mientras se adaptan a entornos cada vez más rápidos. Por lo tanto, este curso busca centrarse en temas como la creatividad, el pensamiento crítico, la innovación y la gestión del cambio.

WEEK 3
Emprendimiento
Con este módulo podrás crear y reconocer oportunidades para desarrollar emprendimientos. Descubrirás cómo se desarrollan las competencias emprendedoras en los egresados y llegarás a plantear una manera de mejorar la empleabilidad de los egresados.
