Nossas boas-vindas ao Curso Participação das Mulheres na Sociedade e nas Organizações. Neste curso, você aprenderá sobre as diferenças entre sexo, gênero e identidade de gênero, relacionando os papéis de gênero com seu histórico, além de contextualizar essas questões com o mundo contemporâneo. De forma geral, as mulheres tiveram um ingresso mais tardio que os homens no mercado de trabalho, com mudanças na sua participação. O objetivo é identificar o status das mulheres no mundo corporativo e os pontos críticos existentes nas relações de gênero nas organizações contemporâneas.

Ao final deste curso, você será capaz de discutir e expressar os conceitos iniciais no tema gênero, ao se expor às noções da participação feminina na sociedade de forma ampla.
Este curso é composto por quatro módulos, disponibilizados em semanas de aprendizagem. Cada módulo é composto por vídeos, leituras e testes de verificação de aprendizagem. Ao final de cada módulo, temos uma avaliação de verificação dos conhecimentos.

WEEK 1

Sexo, Gênero e Identidade de Gênero
Neste módulo, o objetivo é diferenciar os conceitos de sexo, gênero, identidade de gênero e também orientação sexual, reforçando a importância da aplicação e da construção da identidade de gênero nos diversos contextos.

WEEK 2
Histórico do papel da mulher na sociedade
A proposta deste módulo é identificar como foi a construção do papel da mulher nos últimos séculos, em várias partes do mundo, e a contribuição das mulheres ao longo do tempo. Busca-se, neste módulo, comparar a participação das mulheres nos cenários atuais em relação ao passado, identificando a força e a contribuição das mulheres nos contextos político, social, econômico e cultural.

WEEK 3
O papel da mulher no mundo corporativo
Objetiva-se, por este módulo, examinar como está a participação quanti e qualitativa das mulheres no mercado de trabalho, comparando Brasil e outros países, por meio de diversos estudos que retratam a atuação feminina nas diversas posições e setores de atuação.

WEEK 4
O Cenário Atual e Algumas Tendências para o Tema
Neste módulo, a proposta é esclarecer e pontuar as diferenças entre homens e mulheres nos possíveis cenários da economia, apresentando informações sobre as conquistas femininas nos últimos anos. Adicionalmente, são apresentadas algumas tendências para os próximos anos em relação ao tema, principalmente as ações mais amplas no mundo.
