Ao final deste curso, você será capaz de:

  • Refletir sobre as mudanças ocorridas no século 21 que impactam o papel da liderança;
  • Conhecer o conceito de diversidade e inclusão e seu impacto na competitividade da empresa;
  • Entender as diferentes dimensões de diversidade como de gênero, idade, raça, religião etc.;
  • Debater e refletir sobre a relação entre diversidade e inovação;
  • Discutir ações afirmativas para inclusão e criação de ambientes inovadores.

Este curso é composto por quatro módulos, disponibilizados em semanas de aprendizagem. Cada módulo é composto por vídeos, leituras e testes de verificação de aprendizagem. Ao final de cada módulo, temos uma avaliação de verificação dos conhecimentos.

WEEK 1
Liderança e Mundo Digital
O papel do líder sempre foi fundamental para que as organizações implementem suas estratégias de negócio. As profundas mudanças ocorridas nas últimas décadas trouxeram novos desafios para o líder. A liderança precisa desenvolver habilidades e competências adequadas para um mundo digital e alinhadas as expectativas dos diversos públicos como os subordinados, chefias, clientes, fornecedores e sociedade.

WEEK 2
Diversidade e Inclusão
Neste módulo, discutiremos a importância de compreender a complexidade e profundidade do tema diversidade, os desafios da liderança na gestão de equipes diversas e como programas de diversidade e inclusão impactam a competitividade das organizações.

WEEK 3
Programas de Diversidade
A criação de uma cultura que valoriza a diversidade exige uma estratégia bem definida bem como um planejamento dos programas a serem implementados. Nesse módulo, discutiremos de forma aplicada e mais profunda a importância da liderança ao se desenvolver, implantar ou gerenciar programas de diversidade.

WEEK 4
Diversidade e Inovação
As equipes compostas por membros de diferentes gerações, gênero, raça, formação acadêmica entre outras formas de diversidade, são, reconhecidamente, mais inovadoras. A capacidade de inovar de uma organização está relacionada à sua competitividade o que justifica refletir e debates sobre o tema. Neste módulo, debateremos sobre comportamentos e ferramentas que o líder pode ter ao gerenciar equipes diversas e inovadoras bem como os cuidados que ele deve ter para que suas crenças e valores não interfiram no processo.
