Neste módulo, você terá a oportunidade de conhecer como integrar a inovação à estratégia das empresas, bem como identificar os tipos de inovação, de acordo coma tecnologia e modelos de negócios, em busca da competividade e da transformação digital.

WEEK 2
Empreendedorismo e as Startups
Neste módulo, você terá a oportunidade de conhecer e aplicar os conceitos do empreendedorismo na inovação dos modelos de negócios e da excelência operacional, tanto no desenvolvimento de produtos, serviços, bem como na melhoria dos processos e da gestão das empresas.

WEEK 3
Ferramentas para a Inovação
Neste módulo, você terá a oportunidade de conhecer e aplicar as ferramentas para desenvolver programas de inovação, de acordo com a proposição de valor desejada pelos clientes e os modelos de negócios, que suportem a melhoria da competitividade e a transformação digital das empresas.

WEEK 4
Inovação e a Transformação Digital
Neste módulo, você terá a oportunidade de conhecer e aplicar os conceitos da transformação digital nos processos de negócios, considerando desde a digitalização, automação, até os processos autônomos, em busca da melhoria da competitividade das empresas e o atendimento dos valores desejados pelos clientes nos canais digitais.
