En suivant ce MOOC :

Introduction Générale
Au terme de cette introduction, vous saurez tout de ce MOOC, de ses objectifs et de l'expérience que nous vous proposons de vivre !
Un partenariat innovant entre entreprise responsable et structure d'intérêt général : qu’est-ce que c'est ?
Au terme de cet épisode vous saurez répondre aux 3 questions suivantes : Quelle forme peut revêtir une alliance entre entreprise et association ? Quelle est la différence entre mécénat, innovation sociétale, coopération économique et pratiques responsables ? Pourquoi assiste-t-on à l'émergence et au développement de nouveaux types d'alliances ?

WEEK 2
Objectifs et enjeux de ces alliances: pourquoi travailler ensemble ?
Au terme de cet épisode vous saurez répondre aux 3 questions suivantes : Quels sont les enjeux humains, économiques et financiers pour l'entreprise et pour l'association ? Pourquoi ces partenariats permettent-ils d'augmenter l'impact des structures ? Comment un partenariat peut-il satisfaire les intérêts stratégiques des deux structures ?

WEEK 3
Modalités des alliances : comment développer des partenariats socialement innovants?
Au terme de cet épisode vous saurez répondre aux 3 questions suivantes : 1. A quels réseaux faire appel pour identifier un partenaire ? 2. Quelles sont les étapes à suivre lors de la création d'un partenariat innovant ? 3. Quels sont les points d'attention à respecter ?

WEEK 4
Impact et facteurs-clés de réussite de ces alliances
Au terme de cet épisode vous saurez répondre aux 3 questions suivantes : Pourquoi évaluer l'impact d'un partenariat innovant ? Comment procéder à cette évaluation ? Quels sont les facteurs clés de succès de ces partenariats ?
