Se analizan conceptos y características de los factores de riesgo psicosocial en contextos organizacionales, así como las estrategias necesarias para disminuirlos, con la finalidad de diseñar propuestas que incidan en la productividad, competitividad y sostenibilidad de la organización.

En los últimos años, la tendencia a nivel global es promover organizaciones que conciban el entorno laboral como un espacio donde los colaboradores pueden desempeñar su labor, sin vulnerar su salud. Por tanto, se busca crear condiciones no solo para cuidar la salud física, sino también la salud mental y social, con el fin de lograr condiciones de bienestar que conlleven a una mejor calidad de vida del trabajador, y por ende a un incremento de la productividad y desarrollo competitivo de la organización.
Así, las estrategias para la generación de entornos laborales saludables deben considerar diversas acciones orientadas a proteger la salud de los trabajadores mediante la prevención, el control y la eliminación de factores, y condiciones que ponen en peligro la salud y la seguridad en el trabajo.
Una organización próspera es resultante de un entorno de trabajo saludable, pues la salud de la empresa y la de los colaboradores están estrechamente vinculadas, y se refleja en su funcionamiento y su manera de conseguir sus objetivos.
Por ello, es importante analizar las diversas estrategias que existen para reducir factores de riesgo psicosocial y su aplicación para la generación de entornos laborales saludables, de acuerdo con las características y necesidades de cada organización y sus colaboradores.
Éstas deben integrarse al proyecto organizacional con la finalidad de servir como vehículo para el desarrollo del talento humano como un medio que facilite el alcance de los objetivos organizacionales.

Analizar los beneficios de la gestión de ambientes laborales saludables, así como su impacto en el desempeño de los trabajadores y de la organización.

Módulo 3. Estrategias para la reducción de factores de riesgo psicosocial y la generación de entornos saludables en la organización
Análisis de estrategias utilizadas en las organizaciones para la reducción de los factores de riesgo psicosocial y la generación de entornos saludables en el trabajo.

Módulo 4. Diseño de planes para reducir los factores de riesgo psicosocial en las organizaciones
Análisis de metodologías para la construcción de propuestas orientadas a reducir los factores de riesgo psicosocial y la generación de entornos saludables adecuadas a las características y necesidades de la organización
