Coordinator of Latin America and the Caribbean Community of Practice on Managing for Development Results – CoPLAC-MfDR of the Inter-American Development Bank. He has over 30 years of professional experience in development economics, planning, national strategies, budget, financial administration, program formulation and evaluation, and investment projects in the public and private sector. He served as Executive Director in the World Bank for the Argentinian, Bolivian, Chilean, Paraguayan, Peruvian, and Uruguayan Representations and Alternate Executive Director in the IDB for Argentinian and Haitian chairs. Also, he has served in public administration in Argentina, where he held different public offices, such as Economic Sub-secretary, Planning Sub-secretary, Budgeting Director, and Public Investment Director. He worked as professor at Universidad de Buenos Aires, Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and Universidad de Belgrano and has served as a consultant for the IDB, World Bank, OAS, and UNDP. He is an economist from Universidad de Buenos Aires, with postgraduate studies in fiscal decentralization from Harvard University; international finance from Tokyo University – EximBank in Japan and planning from Universidad de Córdoba.
