Patrick Lynch

Patrick Lynch serves as a clinical assistant professor and senior director of innovation and research at Thunderbird School of Global Management. He teaches in multiple courses including Big Data Analytics in the Global Economy for Thunderbird Master's programs as well as Decision Making and Leadership Cognition for Thunderbird Executive Education. He is a practitioner of strategic disciplines to prepare organizations for the future, with extensive experience in human performance management, operations, supplier relations and creating quality customer experiences.
Dr. Lynch is also the founder of a technology startup and consultancy, pioneering innovations in organizational assessment and dashboard analytics. Dr. Lynch is also an active triathlete, successfully completing full Ironman distance triathlons, the Boston Marathon, and Leadville Trail 100 Mountain Bike races.
