Luigi Fratini, is at the Head of Prevention Cell Unit, Law & Policy department, at the ICRC, Geneva. He graduated in International relations at the University of Florence (Italy), with a Master degree on Humanitarian Action (University of Geneva) and more than 10 years of experience spent in the humanitarian sector with ICRC both at head quarter and in the field with experiences Africa, Latin America and South East Asia.
