José Simó obtained the PhD on Electrical Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de València in 1997 currently is Full Professor of Computer Engineering at the same University. I has written ore than 60 scientific publications and managed european research projects as well as many industrial collaborations. His field of specialization is Real-Time Systems, Distributed Embedded Systems, Sensorization and Autonomous Systems, being scientific reviewer of several specialized journals and accreditation agencies.
