Mr. Fabien Gonguet is an economist working in the Public Financial Management division in the Fiscal Affairs Department of the International Monetary Fund. Prior to joining the IMF, Mr. Gonguet worked at the French Treasury, where he focused on revenue forecasts, tax policy and fiscal policy analysis.
