You’ll unlock the mystery of property values, looking at the influences that inflation and interest rates can have on house prices; and exploring the differences between price, market and investment values.
You’ll also learn about the influence proximity to various amenities have on property demand and demographics; and interpret data on property prices.

What topics will you cover?
Our homes provide shelter, sanctuary and comfort, but they’re also a source of wealth. This online course asked: what makes some properties more valuable than others?
In this course, we unlocked some of the mysteries of property values; reflected on whether house prices always rise; explored property related career options; considered the influence of interest rates and inflation on house prices; explored the influence of proximity to various amenities and demographics on property demand; and accessed and interpreted some data on property prices.
