This training modulus is meant to introduce you into grounds of Project Management. You will become be capable of designing and conducting a small project, of presiding a Meeting, of negotiating the goals, to ensuring efficient collaborations within the team, had optimising the use of Internet.
Here are the goals to be expected by the participants:
Either you are already involved in management projects, but you want to enlarge your experience and your skill;
Or you still lack competence, and you want to gain adequate knowledge, with the aim of developing a new team-work programm.
This training modulus is meant to introduce you into grounds of Project Management. You will become be capable of designing and conducting a small project, of presiding a Meeting, of negotiating the goals, to ensuring efficient collaborations within the team, had optimising the use of Internet.
Each step will be examined thoroughly. Case studies will be introduced frequently to illustrate and apply the concepts studied.
Season 8 start on September 26, 2016 and will last six weeks. It will involve four weeks devoted to items of common interest, and one further week on seven more specialized matters.
Two options are open to participants: classical course and advanced course. The two options are carried out simultaneously. In both cases the time required to participate is between 4 and 10 hours a week.
The advanced course is similar to be classical course, but it involves four additional home works, which are to be evaluated by pairs.
It is possible to apply to paying examination to validate university credits 1 ECTS (for the classical course) or 2 ECTS (for advanced course).
