Se ha comprobado que los proyectos exitosos requieren de una cuidadosa planificación por adelantado. Por tanto, en este curso aprenderás las principales funciones y responsabilidades del Gerente y del equipo del proyecto. También aprenderás a responder algunas preguntas clave por adelantado para ayudar a cumplir los objetivos del proyecto: ¿Qué logrará este proyecto? ¿Por qué es importante? ¿Quién se beneficiará de él? ¿Cómo lo planeamos para obtener resultados exitosos?

Syllabus

WEEK 1
¿Qué es un proyecto?
En este módulo, vamos a identificar las características clave de un proyecto y las restricciones primarias, definir el papel y las responsabilidades del director del proyecto, y, por último, identificar las estructuras organizacionales.

WEEK 2
¿Quiénes están involucrados e interesados en el proyecto?
En este módulo, vamos a entender la definición de las partes interesadas del proyecto, identificar quiénes son, cuáles son sus necesidades de información y definir la responsabilidad de gestionar a las partes interesadas y de controlar su compromiso.

WEEK 3
Definiendo los alcances del proyecto
En este módulo, vamos a definir el propósito de utilizar un acta de constitución del proyecto, resumir los elementos clave de un plan de proyecto y discutir la declaración del alcance y la estructura de desglose del trabajo (EDT).

WEEK 4
Autoridad e influencia en el proyecto
En este módulo, vamos a describir la diferencia entre autoridad e influencia, así como también identificaremos las fuentes comunes de conflicto dentro de un entorno del proyecto.
