Sol López

PhD in Geology, Lecturer at the Department of Crystallography and Mineralogy of the School of Geological Sciences of the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) and since 2011, Director of the Research Assistance Centers (CAI) of Geological Techniques.
She is the author of more than 100 scientific articles, most of them in SCI publications, numerous science dissemination articles and teaching papers. She has participated as a researcher or leading researcher in numerous competitive projects and research contracts with different companies. She has been awarded with 5 positive six-year research evaluation periods, where all her research work is shown.
She has taught in undergraduate, master's and doctorate degrees in Chemistry, Geology, Geological Engineering, etc., focusing on the teaching of Identification Techniques or Mineral Characterization from the beginning of her teaching career.
