Sandra Giménez Badia

Doctor of Medicine and Surgery. Neurophysiologist and specialist in Sleep Medicine, with certification as an Expert Somnolgist from the European Sleep Research Society. Associate Professor at the University of Barcelona's Department of Psychiatry and Clinical Psychobiology. Director of the Sleep Unit at the Hospital de Santa Creu I Sant Pau Research Institute in Barcelona (Spain). Director of the Sleep Pathology at the Medical and Health Sciences Academy for Catalonia and the Balearic Islands (ACMCB). Dr Giménez Badia has taken part in multiple national and international projects on Neuropsychopharmacology and Chronobiology of the sleep-wake system and sleep biomarkers. She has published 21 scientific articles in indexed journals.
