Ruth Kerr

Ruth Kerr heads the International Department at Federica Web Learning. She has a long history of research in multimedia and distance learning and multilingual learning environments, and has taught English as a foreign language online for many years and was a pioneer in the creation of scaffolded learner pathways for self-learning at A2 and B1 level at the University of Naples Language Centre.
