Bas Haring

Bas Haring was given the (sly) title of "people's philosopher" and he's quite proud of that. He is professor in "The Public Understanding of Science" at Leiden University, where he, amongst other things teaches about explaining science via all kinds of forms like stories, illustrations, videos and games. He himself primarily writes old-fashioned books and gives lectures. In 2016 he was selected to be the "most clear Dutch scientist".
