Andreas Wittke

Andreas worked as a projectmanager, presenter, administrator, instructional designer and a visionary at a big e-learning research project. He had experience as a face-to-face university lecturer as well as a distance online lecturer.
He adminstrated large wide area networks, programmed 3GL and SQL (long ago) designed web sites and know every kind of internet technology from the bottom (IPv4, TCP, UDP, network analyse, routing, security) to the top, e.g. HTML, CSS, XML and he is familiar with Web 2.0 like Flickr, YouTube, Blogs, Wikis etc.
