Syllabus

WEEK 1
Bases do Conhecimento.
Este módulo tem como intuito basear o aluno para que ele continue sua caminhada no curso sabendo quais são as definições básicas de Administração e seus embasamentos.

WEEK 2
Escola Clássica.
Esse módulo tem como princípio ajudar o aluno a conhecer mais sobre as escolas clássicas da administração; quais foram seus influenciadores e os pensadores que influenciam até hoje a Administração.

WEEK 3
Modernidade.
O módulo 3 deste curso tem como função a apresentação da Administração Moderna, como ela fora criada e quais são os tópicos mais importantes para a bom desenvolvimento da mesma. O aluno irá conhecer também, neste módulo, como gerir o conhecimento que fora concebido através da organização e quais serão os papéis dos gerentes nas organizações.

WEEK 4
Desempenho das Organizações.
O módulo final deste curso irá firmar no saber do aluno, quais são as ferramentas de qualidade que podem ser utilizadas em sua organização, o que é eficiência e eficácia e conhecer mais sobre o Toyotismo, o sistema Toyota de produção.
