WEEK 1
¿Por qué es importante administrar los riesgos en el proyecto?
En este módulo conocerás la importancia del manejo de los riesgos en el proyecto, los factores que generan riesgos y las consecuencias e impactos de no manejar riesgos en el proyecto.

WEEK 2
La gestión de los riesgos en el proyecto
Al finalizar este módulo, conocerás la diferencia entre riesgo e incertidumbre, los elementos que integran al riesgo y las actitudes. De igual forma, nombrarás las categorías en las que se divide el riesgo y los diferentes procesos para la gestión de riesgos.

WEEK 3
Manejando los riesgos del proyecto
En este módulo, conocerás las técnicas para identificación y análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de los riesgos, la forma de redactarlos y de priorizarlos. Asimismo, podrás enlistar las estrategias para responder a los riesgos en el proyecto y aprenderás a usar la aplicación de la simulación Montecarlo utilizando la herramienta @Risk junto con MicroSoft Project 2013.

WEEK 4
Manejo de los cambios en el proyecto
Al concluir este módulo, conocerás las razones del cambio en el proyecto y los procesos para gestionar los cambios en el proyecto.
