La Justicia restaurativa responde a los desafíos criminológicos más actuales, proporcionando a víctimas, victimarios y a miembros de la comunidad extensa un espacio seguro y dirigido en el que participar de forma activa en la superación de los efectos del delito. Con la ayuda y guía del facilitador, los verdaderos protagonistas del hecho delictivo acceden a un espacio de diálogo y comunicación donde podrán plantear las preguntas generadas por el delito y buscar las respuestas que necesitan.
Este curso está enfocado a muy distintos perfiles, y, en general, a toda persona interesada en conocer más sobre la Justicia restaurativa, independientemente de que haya tenido o no conexión con el proceso penal previamente.
Cada uno de los bloques incluye vídeos, actividades y material complementario que de forma sencilla y cercana te ayudarán a comprender el delito y el papel de sus protagonistas, adoptando una perspectiva amplia e integradora.
