40 years ago, game production was a lot less complicated. Back then, it wasn’t uncommon for one person to write, design, & code a single game in as little as a couple months. Nowadays however, the expectations for the average gamer is significantly more demanding. While the every expanding complexity of creating a game, may sound like a bad thing to some, in actuality it’s a great thing.

It simply means, the game industry is continually expanding, & will need more & more people to fill those newly created roles & positions.
Which brings us back to the million dollar question.

In the game development industry, companies are looking for all kinds of people who are passionate about creating games. From the highest position, to the entry level positions, each role is important in a games development, & essential to a games successful completion.
