En este curso en línea se revisarán todos los procedimientos rutinarios que se llevan a cabo en el quirófano para poder integrarse con eficacia en el equipo que va a practicar una intervención quirúrgica. En este curso de medicina conocerás con detalle las técnicas y métodos que caracterizan a una correcta técnica quirúrgica y los aplica en la rutina del equipo quirúrgico durante la intervención para garantizar la seguridad del paciente y la efectividad de la técnica aséptica en un ambiente de ética y humanismo.

En este curso online abordaremos las características del área quirúrgica y las bases generales del comportamiento correcto de cada uno de los miembros del equipo quirúrgico séptico y aséptico. Reconoceremos cuáles son los métodos de esterilización y desinfección y describiremos paso a paso toda la rutina quirúrgica.

Esta dirigido a estudiantes y graduados de las licenciaturas de Medicina, Enfermería, Odontología, Terapia física y rehabilitación, Ingeniería biomédica y trabajadores de la salud en general, interesados en el tema.

Syllabus

SEMANA 1. El quirófano
Características del área quirúrgica y aprenderás a reconocer las zonas con y sin restricciones.

SEMANA 2. Bases generales del comportamiento en el quirófano
Clasificación del personal que forma parte del quirófano sus buenas prácticas, así como el uniforme requerido para cada área.

SEMANA 3. Principios fundamentales de esterilización y Desinfección
Conceptos de esterilización y desinfección, de asepsia y antisepsia, y varios más.

SEMANA 4. La rutina quirúrgica completa
Procedimiento de la técnica aséptica en la que está basada la rutina quirúrgica completa. El manejo de bultos estériles, el lavado quirúrgico de las manos, la circulación del personal quirúrgico en torno de la mesa de operaciones, etcétera.

SEMANA 5. Los tiempos fundamentales del procedimiento quirúrgico
Analizar las técnicas de corte, hemostasia, maniobras de disección, tracción, exposición y separación.

SEMANA 6. Taller de nudos y puntos de sutura
Ejecución de nudos, ligaduras y puntos de sutura con la ayuda de un simulador.
