What you'll learn

  • Identifier un cadre pour le développement des marchés financiers et l'inclusion financière, et pourquoi ils sont importants pour la croissance économique et le développement.
  • Mesurer le degré de développement financier et d'inclusion financière d'un ou de plusieurs pays à l'aide d'un large éventail d'indicateurs standards et savoir utiliser les repères (ou systèmes de référence) pour comparer un pays à ses pairs.
  • Identifier les stratégies et les politiques qui soutiennent le développement des intermédiaires financiers et des marchés de capitaux dans un pays, en tenant compte des conditions initiales et des liens entre le secteur financier et la macroéconomie.
  • Comprendre les défis particuliers auxquels les PME font face lorsqu'elles cherchent du financement et décrire la façon dont les intermédiaires financiers peuvent mieux adapter leurs produits aux besoins des PME.
  • Identifier des méthodes standards pour gérer les risques associés au crédit aux PME. Évaluer la façon dont les politiques gouvernementales peuvent améliorer l'environnement de crédit pour les PME et comprendre le rôle des banques d’état et des banques multilatérales de développement, y compris leur rôle dans l'atténuation des risques.
  • Évaluer les avantages et les coûts des différentes politiques d'inclusion financière et identifier des stratégies pour promouvoir l'inclusion financière des ménages et des microentreprises.
  • Comprendre les différents usages de la technologie dans le secteur financier (technologies financières ou Fintech) et comment celles-ci pourraient être utilisées pour améliorer l'efficacité et l'intégration des services financiers sans mener à l’instabilité financière.
