Este curso busca compartilhar uma metodologia que possa ser usada dentro da ciência de dados, para garantir que os dados usados em resoluções de problemas sejam relevantes e devidamente operados.
Assim, neste curso, você aprenderá:

  • As principais etapas da resolução de problemas de ciência de dados.
  • As principais etapas da prática da ciência de dados, desde a formação de um negócio concreto ou problema de pesquisa, à coleta e análise de dados, construção de um modelo, e ao entendimento de feedback após a implementação do modelo.
  • Como cientistas de dados pensam!

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Do problema à abordagem e dos requisitos à coleta
Neste módulo, você aprenderá por que estamos interessados na ciência de dados, o que é uma metodologia e por que cientistas de dados precisam de metodologia. Você também aprenderá sobre a metodologia de ciência de dados e seu fluxograma. Você aprenderá sobre as duas primeiras etapas da metodologia de ciência de dados, a Compreensão de dados e a Abordagem analítica. Por fim, em uma sessão no laboratório, você também aprenderá como concluir as etapas de Compreensão de negócios, Abordagem analítica, Requisitos de dados e Coleta de dados relativas a qualquer problema de ciência de dados.

WEEK 2
Da compreensão à preparação e da modelagem à avaliação
Neste módulo, você aprenderá como entender, preparar e limpar os dados. Você também aprenderá sobre o propósito da modelagem de dados e algumas características do processo de modelagem. Por fim, em uma sessão no laboratório, você também aprenderá como concluir as etapas de Compreensão de dados, Preparação de dados, bem como as etapas de Modelagem e Avaliação de modelagem relativas a qualquer problema de ciência de dados.

WEEK 3
Da implementação ao feedback
Neste módulo, você aprenderá o que acontece quando um modelo é implementado e por que o feedback é importante. Além disso, ao concluir uma tarefa revisada por pares, você demonstrará sua compreensão da metalogia de ciência de dados ao aplicá-la a um problema definido por você.
