Do you want to learn the language Cristiano Ronaldo speaks? Master the basics of Portuguese language here. This two week course will give you the tools you need to speak Portuguese like a local without having to travel to Portugal.

During the beginning of the course you will learn how to greet people, what the alphabet looks like, how to use simple verbs & simple adjectives as well as other useful vocabulary.

Learn how to start a conversation and understand the locals
Suitable even for those with no prior experience, you’ll gain both cultural competency and an understanding of the Portuguese language throughout the course.
You’ll go over the basic information in order to strike up a simple conversation with, and understand native Portuguese speakers in a social environment.

Practice makes perfect
You’ll be able to practice your new language skills with your friends while eating ‘Pastel de Nata’ (Portuguese egg tart) and drinking black coffee!
In Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, we are offering this Portuguese language course as an elective at the department of Asian and European Languages, Faculty of Language and Linguistics.
